This hotel is a great value for the money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the central location, just a few steps from the main train station. The staff is attentive and the rooms are clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a wonderful view. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including warm food.

During our stay at the hotel, we were amazed by the exceptional service we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They assisted us with currency exchange and even arranged for a taxi to take us to dinner. Their kindness and friendliness truly made us feel like part of the family.

Large clean room, lots of storage space. Quiet despite being on a major street. Good breakfast buffet, with option to order special coffees. Perfect location, 10-20 min walk to major sites and museums. Close to excellent restaurants.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. Just a few steps away, we found ourselves in the St Lawrence Market, where we explored a variety of leather stalls. Moreover, a short distance away was the incredible St Lawrence Food Market, which offered delicious and reasonably priced cuisine. This was a definite highlight of our stay. Additionally, the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the plentiful and delicious breakfast provided.

The water in the bath drained very slowly, causing frustration. Additionally, the lights in our room malfunctioned on our last night, and the staff was unable to fix the issue.

Very comfortable room, impressive breakfast and staff, spacious three bed room, great location, spotless and quiet room, lovely breakfast.

This hotel is an incredible value for money. The prices are reasonable and you get so much in return. The attention to detail is impressive, from the comfortable very large double bed in the spacious rooms to the central location just a few steps from the main train station. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always with a ready smile and helpful suggestions. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the breakfast spread, including warm food, is delicious.
